Traditional Marketing

As soon as you list your home with us, we will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Plus, your property can be included in any printed mediums in which we decide may be best for your property, such as magazines and newspapers in the area and send out direct mail pieces to potential buyers. We also utilize Facebook, Twitter, Kijiji, etc. ensuring that your home listing is everywhere!

 

Property Evaluation

The first step to any listing is completing a full and comprehensive property evaluation. We will look at market trends in your area, and evaluate all of the recent comparables in your neighbourhood, along with comparisons of features and finishes to come up with a property evaluation for your home. We will ensure that the evaluation is as accurate as possible and we will not mislead you into any false expectations during the listing.

 

Pricing Your Home

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale competing with your home. We will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. We do this by utilizing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes in your area. To ensure that you are priced according to current market conditions, we will provide you with any market updates that may arise or change during the course of your listing period.
